Cleverscope announces the establishment of Cleverscope Asia Co., Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan. The new company marks a significant milestone in the New Zealand company’s international expansion, strengthening its technical presence and customer support in the Indo-Pacific region.
Cleverscope develops high-resolution, isolated-channel oscilloscopes and measurement systems for a variety of applications, including demanding power electronics. Its technology enables engineers to characterise switching behaviour, evaluate power losses and perform precise measurements in environments with high common-mode voltages and fast switching transitions.
With the establishment of Cleverscope Asia, customers and partners in Japan will gain direct access to local technical expertise and on-site application support. The company will also serve as a regional base for further development of Cleverscope’s business in Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent.
Cleverscope Asia is being established with a strong technical foundation and a team of experienced advisers. Working in both Japanese and English, the team will connect customers and partners across the Indo Pacific region with Cleverscope’s technology and engineering expertise. This close collaboration will support our clients in defining their next measurement requirements, evaluating suitable solutions and applying latest T&M technology to their specific test challenges, especially in modern power electronics systems design utilizing latest state of the art power semiconductor technologies such as SiC and GaN.
