CS1301-1 Isolated 4x Input Pod for channels 1-4

The pod supports 4 isolated digital inputs with one common, and fixed voltage threshold of Vhi > 2.3V, with +18, -15V overload protection.

Isolation is 600V RMS Cat III (UL), or 800 DC (VDE), based on an ISOW7844FDWE, and PCB creepage. Common mode rejection is 100V/ns.
