Marcin,
Go into annotation mode by clicking on the 5th tool button from the left on the Cscope Control panel (with the + and annotation and marker symbols on the button) then click on the little circle below the text. You can delete with the Del key, edit the text (by using the back space or typing) or move it somewhere else using the mouse left click button.
