CS1203 Remote 10kV Channel
The CS1203 10kV Channel can measure 10kV voltage swings.
CS1203 with 10kV SIC Device
It is the basis of the Cleverscope SST measurement system. The CS1204 Remote VON Channel is in development, and will measure the transistor VON voltage, while it swings up to 10kV. Both digitizers are fiber isolated and can be used on the high side.
The existing CS1200 Remote Voltage Channel, and CS1201 Remote Current Channel complete the SST Portfolio - Switch and Conduction loss, RDSON, Bus Inductance, and device parameters can all be measured.
