We've just received a new CS328A with the CS810 external sampler clock interface fitted. The software seems to be the latest versions but I can't find any options to select an external clock...

After acquiring something (use Auto), go to Settings/Acquisition Settings, and then set the Sampling Clock to Internal or External. If external the software automatically measures the sampling clock frequency, and uses this to caluclate and apply the sample rate.
