Hello Gary,
Turn on the spectrum graph (View/Spectrum Graph), and the signal information display (View/Signal Info), and then set the 'Information Source' control on the Signal Information display to 'Spectrum'. The information display will now show the THD/harmonic information. You can log it by using 'Show Logging', and clicking on the select buttons for the information you want to log.
