CS1133 Vsat probe

Works with the CS400 and CS500 Series scopes. The CS1133 Vsat probe clips at 15V, 1.5V or 150mV to allow isolated measurement of transistor saturation voltage while VDS can swing up to a maximum of 3300V. Includes Probe Head, Power/Control Isolator and all required cables for connecting to CS448/CS548.
