CS1133 VON clipping probe

VON clipping probe for CS548. The CS1133 VON probe clips at 150mV, 1.5V or 15V while allowing a VDS swing of 2kV.

CS1133 Vce Sat Probe

V_ON clipping probe for CS548. The clip level is 1150mV, 1.5V or 15V. Above the clip level the output voltage is limited to the clip level. The output must be connected to an isolated CS548 or CS1200 channel input. Maximum VDS swing is 2kV. Includes Probe Head, Power/Control Isolator and all required cables for connecting to CS548.
