I just upgraded to the latest firmware and software, model CS328A

now the update rate of the signal on the screen is very slow in auto mode.
i have it zoomed in very close, and it takes almost a second to update the screen.

is there a setting for this in the software?

The update rate is dependant on how wide the scope graph is. If the pre-trigger time is very large (say 1 second) then we have to capture the whole second until we get to the trigger point. This can make acquisition very slow. I suggest that you check that the time 0 point is in the center of the screen. You can click on the time 0 button on the lower right hand side of the scope graph time axis to do this. Please let us know how you go.
