I have the latest software (v4.622) but I noticed the same problem with prior versions.
The first acqusition (single or triggered) is displayed at the wrong offset on the Scope Graph.
As far as I remember, it is only wrong on one channel.
I think it has to do with the vertical axis setting which is not initialized properly (uses default?) by the first acqusition.
Stopping and restarting corrects the graph but if you forget to do that, you are looking at the 'wrong' graph.
