I've asked about this before, but it's still not fixed in the latest available version (4.682).
As you can see in the attached screen cap, the protocol decode channels are being incorrectly colored and labelled; the channels are swapped, label does not correspond to the data, and both traces are colored red (see the selected colors in the screen cap).
This problem persists through restarts of the Cleverscope app, so it's not just a glitch when channels are changed etc.
How about setting up a public bug tracker (there are plenty of free ones)? This forum is pretty difficult to use to trace issues.
