Hi
Is it possible to do a probe calibration & Gain/phase plots etc with a external frequency generator? I don't have a internal one.
Thanks

You can do Gain/Phase plots with an external generator by using the Peak Averaging function, and setting the Spectrum to Gain/Phase. This was explained on page 13 of the Cleverscope Capabilities Tour, which you can find on the website under downloads/documents.
You cannot de-embed probes from the measurement without using the built in signal generator - this requires narrow band coherent measurements which are not available with an external generator.
You can buy a sig gen and plug it in without difficulty if you want.
