Hi,
I can see some comments that the subnet mask (or netmask) must be 255.255.255.0.
This is a problem as our office network needs 255.255.248.0 for devices to function with the various systems correctly. (Static devices like the scope are on one 255.255.255.0 subnet but dhcp'ed devices like the laptops on another.)
When I try to set a static IP using the "Choose aquirer and connection" dialog the subnet mask I enter is ignored. It is also not being set correctly by DHCP.
Is there a solution? Or am I stuffed?
Thanks,
Ian
