We would like to use a current probe to measure the current for inductance measurments instead of an unknown resistor. The current probe we use has a scaling of 2A/V 0r 0.5V/A. How can we set this up

Hi,
yes you can do that.
In Settings/Analog Names and units choose the channel with current probe, and under the Time Graph entry, out in the actual volts, eg 1, and the Desired Value, eg 2 for 2A/V. While you are at it, you can change the channel units to A, and the channel name to I or Current.
To do 0.5V/A, put in actual = 0.5, and desired = 1.
