Hi. I'm in the medical products industry and we are not allowed to upgrade a Test System without a ton of work. I need to acquire a CS320 with a serial number around *E****. The "E" is the year of manufacture. I don't know what year the CS320A came out but that won't work. I don't need the scope part of the tool, just the signal source and just channel A, no external trigger.

Hello,
Units with an *E**** were produced in 2005, and they are classic CS320, no 'A'. We have only archive versions left, which we do not want to sell. However we may be able to find an old board that requires repair. But it is the start of our Summer holiday, and we would not be able to look at this until February. Please use the Contact Us form to give us the actual serial number, and we can see what it had inside it.
Thanks.

Thanks for your response. The serial number is DH4642. This one is pretty dead. We also have 10 or so of these instruments that are picking up harmonics. I'd like to repair 2 others if possible. Here are 2 other marginal units: KE3184 and DE3046.

Hi Bart,

Its mid February and I'm hoping to get this repair going sometime this month. Any chance you guys can take a look at my CS320?

Cheers

Did you manage to get your CS320 fixed, Tedfordjst? I'd suggest these fantastic sausage stuffers and appreciate any leads on where to get this done as I have the same model that needs fixing as well.

Sorry, no luck yet. I had to add some band pass filters to my PCB.

Sorry here are a year later. If you have an urgent need for personal attention, it is best to send us an email. You can use the contact form. We can repair units for you if needed. We can also send you the schematic so you can see what is going on.
