We have CS448 Oscilloscope. We would like to turn on 50 Ohm terminations. How can it works?

Sorry about the delay. The CS448 does not have internal 50 ohm terminations. You need to use an external through or T 50 ohm termination. It is not possible to protect an internal termination if full voltage (eg 1kV) is applied across it. (P = V**2/R = 1000**2/50 = 20kW = destruction of the termination).
