Scale/dev increasing automatically and no more control on software.

This is a strange problem, and may be because your system does not have the Tahoma font installed.

It is available on our downloads page - https://www.cleverscope.com/files/tahoma.ttf

Hi bartschroder,

My system have this font. This occurs only when application running in background and did not do anything in particular time. after when approach to see measurement or window then no more control. i have attached for example scale pictures.

Sorry, I didn't think about this. Perhaps your cleverscope4.ini file has been deleted. I do not know how that could happen.

1. Close the Cleverscope4 application

2. Please navigate to this folder (copy the string into navigation bar)
%localappdata%\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Cleverscope4

3. Next open the cleverscope4.ini file that should be there.

4. Make sure these lines are in the ini file:
[Cleverscope]
appFont=""Tahoma" 13"
dialogFont=""Tahoma" 13"
systemFont=""Tahoma" 13"

5. if not, add them and save the ini file.
6. Open the cleverscope4 application and check it works normally.
