Hi,
If you go to Settings and Channel Time Alignment you are able to add a delay to channels to align the signals.

There is not a lot of documentation on the driver or using it with Python but I have helped a few users get to grips with it so if you contact me through the contact form - https:\\cleverscope.com\contact with your questions I am happy to assist.

Regards,
Roger

Thanks for the quick answer. When i use the scope display I'm able to see the time alignment but I dont see it when i capture a stream.

That is correct. The time alignment is done in the display but with streaming the data is going direct to disk unprocessed. Because streaming is so much slower than direct display we decided it was not worth the considerable effort that would be required to include time alignment. Processing before saving would also limit the speed at which we could stream.
We have time alignment already in the hardware to allow for different fibre lengths and delays between linked units and we are extending this for other inputs. At some point we may make that accessible for users to add their own custom delays.

Roger
